(1) After determining the percentage and number of posts according to rule 7, the commission will publish a notification with details of the posts to be promoted based on the evaluation of work ability.
(2) ) In the notice as per sub-rule (1), the required service period for the post to be promoted, the period for calculating seniority to be a potential candidate (as of mid-June), educational qualification, details and number of posts to be promoted, the office where the post is vacant, the last date and place of application.
(3) The relevant candidate who has qualified for promotion shall submit the application in the format prescribed by the Commission within the time limit specified in the notice as per sub-rule (1).
